Greetings for the day,
I have recently installed Enscape for Sketchup Pro 2023. However, I am finding a strange pattern in my application. Every time I try to press the play button, the application starts and automatically closes after 5% of loading. Please review the attachments. I have also attached relevant photographs indicating my graphic card, Enscape settings, and tRequest to please help me find a solution.

In case Enscape may still get stuck during loading at 5% even after uninstalling the corresponding unwanted software (“OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack”) please also submit us a feedback report with log files and we’ll be able to troubleshoot this issue further: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button-win-sketchup/
