Enscape 3 suddenly lost license on Rhino 6 – cannot reactivate

Hello,

I have been using Enscape 3 with Rhino 6 under a purchased license. Everything was working fine until this afternoon, but suddenly Enscape refuses to start, saying that no valid license is found.

I tried reinstalling Enscape and logging in again, but the activation still does not work. In addition, I cannot find a way to check or retrieve my license key.

This is very urgent since I need to render right away. Could you please advise how I can quickly resolve this issue?
