Once opened the model file, enscape shows nothing but plain sky.
Hello @tommyhuihk - sorry to hear about this issue.
I’m afraid with the 4.0 release of Enscape the supported Rhino versions are 7 and 8 SR3 or later.
While it may still be possible to use older Rhino versions with this new release, I’m afraid to ensure proper function you should either use an older version of Enscape with this Rhino release (https://enscape3d.com/version-history/) or upgrade Rhino if you want to update to Enscape 4.0.
