I’ve tried to upgrade from 4.0 but could not complete the installation of 4.1. First time ever with installation issues no matter what I tried, had to revert to 4.0 in the end.

In this case you can try to re-acquire our latest release here just to ensure the previous file was not corrupt/incomplete for any reason.
Should that not do the trick at all, kindly reach out to our dedicated support team via the Help Center, ideally providing any screenshots of error messages you receive and/or a link to this thread for reference.
