Hi all!

Anyone else struggling with crashing while running the video editor and trying to adjust visual settings? Literally crashes every time either a) I open the visual settings while in the video editor or b) open the video editor after being in the visual settings. I am on Game Ready Driver 610.47 running Enscape 4.18.1 on Sketchup 2026!

Hi @Travis_Davidson,

There is a known issue with similar symptoms which will be fixed in the next version. In order to make sure that the issue is the same, please submit a request using the Support form within Enscape. You can include a link to this discussion in your message and you can mention that we should check if the problem is the same as EN-17416.
