Okay so I’ve been using enscape for a year or two now I never have a problem before. But tonight when I try to render my project and then I noticed that oh dang the loading is soo damn long, I thought it’s my internet connection or it’s my license or maybe I should reinstall it, yeah anyway all of the above is not the answer for this. Oh probably it’s the size? But it’s weird it’s only 13 mb and probably not the answer because the latest project is 17 mb, and another one is 40 ish mb the enscape still start but this one??? Like idk, is enscape down or something or bruh idk, I need to turn in my assignment because of this I can’t.
Please do someone help me, I don’t really understand what’s going on, thank you.

Through the provided log files submitted alongside your full machine information as a whole we’ll then be able to troubleshoot the cause behind this problem as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation as well.

Right away, what has currently helped a lot of users with this specific problem was repairing/installing the latest C++ redistributables which you can directly acquire by clicking here.
If that makes no difference we will ideally require a dedicated support report incl. log files which can be quicky sent in via the support button as detailed here. That is of course if you haven’t done so already. Thank you for your cooperation in advance!

Like, what exactly is enscape loading from the scene that makes it get stuck ?

Thereafter, you can expect a further reply with more troubleshooting steps or, ideally, a solution right away. (In case we don’t have to file this as a dedicated bug to investigate anyway)

@FloatingVolume , I understand, of course, but submitting a dedicated support report only takes a couple of clicks, and it’s done in under a minute. This way, we’ll receive all of your generated log files and your machine information as a whole.
Otherwise, if this isn’t a well-known (current) problem, your report would be really helpful, vital even if this needs to be investigated further.
