Enscape AI asking for License

Hello,

I am getting this error when trying to use the enscape AI (see attached photo)… Do you have any thoughts or solutions? - we have at our office floating licenses, and enscape is running, so i have a license..

Hi @SOS , thank you for the report - If you have already signed into your dedicated account but still receive this specific error message please also briefly reach out to the licensing team directly via either the help center or through a support report as detailed here and they’ll be able to assist you further soon thereafter.

Once more thank you in advance for cooperation here as well.

Hi Demian

I managed to resolve the issue before receiving your response, but I appreciate you getting back to me!

The solution was to sign in using our main license email, and everything worked smoothly from there.

That being said, I’ve been using D5 for a while, and I noticed that Enscape’s AI currently only supports resolutions up to 2048px. This feels quite limiting for high-quality renders, especially since D5 supports up to 6K.

Are there any plans to enhance your AI to support higher resolutions in the near future? With AI technology evolving so rapidly, I’ve already started incorporating external AI tools for post-production. However, it would be incredibly useful to have the ability to upscale the render directly within Enscape, ensuring a more polished and realistic result before exporting.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Best regards,

Sos

Thanks for your quick response! We do appreciate your feedback and will consider adding support for higher native resolutions in the future. I have already forwarded this inquiry of yours as well for future review.

In general, just to make sure you’re aware, any feature requests or other inquiries in general can also be forwarded to our product management team directly as detailed here. That is of course only if you have anything else in mind, but just to let you know!
