I recently updated from 2022 to Vectorworks 2023 SP6. And now I can not open the Asset Library from the Enscape Tool Set.
I can open it within the Enscape Renderer tool though.
I uninstalled Enscape and removed all references in my user folder. Still can not open it. Doesn anyone how to solve this?

I’m sorry to hear about this. Do you get an error message when you try to open the Asset Library? What Enscape version are you using? Have you tried updating to the latest Enscape version?

No, no error message at all. Just no reaction when using the button in the Vectorworks toolset.
I am using the latest version (3.5.3+117852).

We are experiencing the same with situation with one of our users. He goes to open the Asset Manager and it does not open. If he hovers over the icon in the taskbar, a thumbnail window appears for the Asset Manager appears, but it does not contain anything. It is blank.
