Enscape Assets Loading Extremely Slowly in Revit 2023 Only

I am experiencing extremely long load time when loadingin an asset from Enscape’s material library in Revit 2023. We are talking about multiple minutes to load a single asset. This issue is only impacting Revit 2023 as far as my situation is concerned. Tested in Revit 2021, and sketchup 2023 and each of those programs loads assets in a reasonable amount of time.

My video drivers are up to date, bios is up to date, windows updates are up to date. Not sure what is causing this?

Has anyone else had a similar issue and found the root cause? I am almost ready to do a clean install of 2023

Hi @elliott.klinger , if you are already using our latest (hotfix) release which you can always acquire here please definitely forward this via a support report to our dedicated support team as well so they can analyse the exact cause behind this further (also based on the provided log files): How do I contact Support?
