I’m experiencing a consistent issue with Enscape when used with SketchUp. As soon as I click the “Screenshot” button in Enscape, the program instantly closes without showing any error message.
This happens regardless of the complexity of the model — it occurs even when I first open SketchUp with a completely empty scene and no geometry at all.
I’ve tried restarting both programs and my computer, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this problem or have suggestions for a solution?

Meanwhile, if you haven’t already, you can also make sure that your graphics card drivers for the 4090 are fully up to date. Please make use of the drivers acquired directly from NVIDIA as well (via their homepage or by using their NVIDIA Windows app). If doing so makes no difference, please simply stay tuned until we respond to your support case.
I think the problem is due to Enscape’s access permissions on the computer. Whenever I try to select a file location, it gives the same error and closes. I’ve reinstalled Enscape, but the results haven’t changed. Is there a special setting I need to select when installing the program? If I select “Auto Naming” when rendering, I don’t experience any problems. However, when I click the save screenshot button, it crashes and closes on the screen where it asks me to select a file path.
Any chance there is a non-standard character in the file path? Recently had an issue where screen shots would not save, turned out the save path had a # in the folder name. Windows allowed it but Enscape didn’t like it. Long shot but thought it worth mentioning.
The render interface closes without even letting me select a folder. This same error occurs when a default SketchUp model is opened, even when it’s empty. Therefore, I suspect the problem is due to access restrictions rather than the file name. I tried reinstalling etc but to no avail.
