Hi,
Our office is having an issue with Enscape crashing upon opening. When opening Enscape, it often crashes and gives this message:
Error starting Enscape
Enscape exited unexpectedly. Please restart Archicad. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are eager to fix the problem you’ve encountered, so please send us an error report. Your feedback includes the Enscape log files. This helps us to fix the problem sooner!
This is a problem in itself, but then we can’t even send feedback logs - when trying to press the feedback button, we get the same error saying we have to restart Archicad.
This error has happened when first opening Enscape and when reopening Enscape a second time in the same Archicad file. It will happen sometimes happen while Enscape is open. It is really holding us back.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix this?
