Enscape crush

Hi,

I am writing here because I am - desperate I have a project to finish, and it is painful to do all the things I can and still not solve my problem.

If u are wondering, yes I have email the support multiple times, and still haven^t heard form you… My issue is that I have worked in my file using Enscape elements, and when I start the Enscape, everything crashes! This is too painful, because my computer Configuration is also really good. I have the latest enscape as well.

What really strange is, is that it starts, when I hide all the elements, and I tried to turn them on step by step but it crashes that way too.

Also, I cannot start all over because it will happen the same. I sent all my log files as well to the support.

@Lilika123 , be assured that we have received the reports (plus log files) you’ve sent in after our request yesterday. In that regard we have to kindly ask for a bit more patience while we troubleshoot the cause behind your issues.

Meanwhile you can also try (temporarily) disabling raytracing as that may in some circumstances help:

Should that make no difference, then please simply follow the further steps or solution provided by our support very soon.
