Hello everyone.
My enscape does not start. This is not a problem of a specific file but is general. I can see the object library but I can not place them in 3d. The material library is empty and the navigation window does not open.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing.
I also tried with an older version but the result is the same.
My pc has good qualities so it cannot be the problem.
Can you tell me what the problem could be?

If you have the chance to make use of the support button I would reccomend doing so as this will also transfer your machine information as a whole next to any generated log files which could be useful for troubleshooting. Should the support button not be available or accessible, then please submit a Help Center request as detailed in the linked thread instead.
