I got this Error messege when starting Enscape:
“Render data for 29 assets couls not be download…”
What is that issue?
How can i fix?
- Enscape 4.9.0 preview
- Graphic card driver updated.

Hi @prilpi , right away, in case you have your Asset Library available offline can you please re-download the library and thus all other assets accordingly (aka by simply checking and unchecking the offline library checkbox)?
Given that this behavior can be due to multiple reasons it’d be ideal to receive a support report if the above does not help nor explain it as the provided log files alongside will be very helpful for quick troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

And yes indeed, while the client will require a Chaos account as well, this is mainly due to security reasons also ensuring only authorized users can access the shared 3D scene, leave feedback, and interact with the design in a controlled environment.
This approach is similar to how platforms like Figma, Autodesk Viewer, or Google Drive handle collaboration, requiring users to log in before they can view or comment on shared content.
