Enscape fails to start regularly / Spontaneous crashes

Hello all,

Since installing Enscape 4.3.0.xxxx I encounter various issues concerning failing to start Enscape and spontaneous crashes (Enscape & Revit 2024).

When I start a fresh Revit, Enscape starts with no issues. After closing Enscape it will not start again. I will get the following message:
“Enscape could not start. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are eager to fix the problem you’ve encoutered. Your feedback includes the Enscape log files. This helps us to fix the problem sooner!”

Besides this Enscape crashes very regularly, together with Revit. Just out of nowhere, therefore no possibility to save the project.

Hi @Christ_2Architecten , in the first instance please make sure that you’ve installed our very latest hotfix release Enscape 4.3. which can be found here. If that makes no difference you can simply submit a support report as detailed here and our official support team will be able to troubleshoot the exact cause behind this issue and get back to you again thereafter.

Thanks for the quick reply. .1189 was already installed last week, but it makes no difference..

Just submitted a report, hopefully you guys can help.
