Hi @JMarsh4087 , and thank you for your report - In the first instance please kindly refer to our official knowledgebase article here to see if you have setup everything accordingly. Should you still experience the same behavior thereafter please reach out to our official support team directly to further troubleshoot this as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
Thanks for your quick response! You can try a re-install, and/or please also make sure to then submit a support report including logs (as detailed here) ideally and we should be able to get behind this issue very soon thereafter.
Yes, there is a little arrow on the left side of the Visual Settings Tab, when you click on that you can get to the presets and when you hover over a preset, there will be 3 dots and when click on them you will get the option to save the preset as json file.
Seems like the conversation derailed a bit.
Are there any updates on the original topic of the thread?
I’m having the same issue for a while, last version where VR worked well was 3.2.2. kept re-rolling to this version for VR ever since, but now it’s not supported anymore by Rhino 8 and Revit 2024.
Could you please help me to find a solution for this issue. I’m currently using Enscape 4.2, a Meta Quest 3 headset on a RTX 4090.
Hey @Mathsc - sorry to hear about that. What error message are you receiving? “Searching for head mounted display”? If that’s the case we’ll first need some log files. Can you please share them with us using the Support button in the Enscape toolbar?
I can assure you it works fine for me with Revit 24, Enscape 4.2 and the Meta Quest 3. Please let me know if you have questions how to share a support ticket!
Good to hear from you, I hope you’re doing well.
I submitted a request using the support button in parallel to posting here. Currently have an open conversation with your dev team about that problem.
Hope we can resolve that issue in the near future and post the findings here for anyone with the same issue.
I can connect via USB cable to our Quest 3 that we just bought since the Quest 2 is not supported. I cannot connect via wireless Airlink. I have followed all of the steps to no avail. This is on my beast of a desktop with i9-14900HK and RTX 4090.
My laptop is an HP Z-Book with an older Quadro P5200 and I cannot pair the headset with either USB or Airlink. I believe this hardware setup is now obsolete. Would I be able to revert to a previous version so I can connect to the laptop again?
