Hola, estoy teniendo el mismo problema con Enscape en SketchUp 2018, la barra de renderizado sube al 5% y se congela, tengo Windows 10 y un Intel I3, aunque la computadora cumple con los requisitos. Espero alguna respuesta, gracias!
@tomash27 , unfortunately, the Intel graphics chip installed in your computer is not officially supported by Enscape.
Enscape may sometimes work on Intel chips, but this seems to be a largely random occurrence and we therefore recommend that you use a different graphics card or alternatively switch to a machine with a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
Intel graphics cards are just too slow for Enscape to run smoothly and although we do intend on improving Intel compatibility sometime in the future, it would be highly recommended to run Enscape on a system with a dedicated graphics card.
I would recommend that you refer to our System Requirements for an overview as to which graphics cards are being supported by Enscape.

Could you please:
- update Enscape to the latest release version
- update the driver of your NVIDIA graphics card
Then try to reproduce the behavior.
Please be aware, that Windows sometimes displays graphics card drivers as being up to date, even when this is not the case. Therefore we advise that you do not upgrade your drivers via the Windows Device Manager.
If you continue to experience this issue once the above has been completed, please briefly send in a dedicated feedback report as described here too.
