Hi Renjakala! I faced the same problem. This is how I solve it.
1- I opened the Enscape settings from the toolbar then unselect some graphic card configuration as you can see in the attached picture.
2- After I updated my graphic card driver, then restarted my computer.
Now is working correctly without any problems.
NB: I’m using a Radeon RX 850 series 8GB. Do you need to pay attention to your graphic card configuration too. Hope this solution can help you.
Hi @Victorio and welcome to our Forum!
Right away, thanks a lot for sharing the solution which resolved this behavior at hand for you.
Just so you are completely aware, in case you may ever run into any additional problems what so ever you can always reach out to the official support team as detailed here and will be assisted shortly thereafter. ![]()
Especially when it comes to crashes or similar issues, submitting a support report, including log files, will be extremely helpful for our troubleshooting efforts!
@Demian_Gutberlet ! Okay and I will pay attention next time.
“you will be assisted shortly thereafter”. Is that a joke?
I have waited a week for support because YOUR LICENCE SERVER DOES NOT WORK.
Anyone else having the same problem please respond because I have lost work and credibility with my clients because of Chaos’ lack of support and incompetence. This is grounds for a class action suit, because I can never recover the loss of credibility from my clients, or the money wasted by the contractors because I was not able to finish my work.
