I have been trying to make enscape work the past view days. i have tried with Revit years 19,20,22. Whenever i go to push the start button on Enscape tab, it says starting enscape then it goes back to my orginal work space without a window for enscape. I have uploaded 2 pictures " enscape Error 1" that shows what i see for a split second then it disapears. “Enscape error 2” is back to my normal working space.
I have tried to unistall Enscape and install. I have tried to unistall and install Revit. I have tried to repair enscape and nothign is working.
If anyone has any ideas what it could be it would help me out alot I have a project to present here in week.
Thank you, Gus
@kreativepino , welcome to our Forum and I’m sorry to hear about this.
Right away, can you ensure that your system meets our requirements in the first place? If so, then please also submit a feedback report with log files so that our technical support team can investigate this further. You can submit said report as detailed here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button/
If any other questions come up in the meantime, please let me know anytime of course.
Yes sir, tenscape used to work before the update. I put my specs below i will contact the feedback center now.
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i7-7800X CPU @ 3.50GHz, 3504 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 64.0 GB
GPU Nvidia Quadro P4000
Damian i still have not head back from feedback. Is there anythign you can do to help me.
I am sorry to hear about that - Could you let me know which e-mail you’ve used to submit the report? Then I’ll further look into it myself too. Via a direct message please for confidentially reasons.
I used I stil have not heard anything from the feedback and I still cant use enscape in my projects in revit. I really need some help here.
I cannot find anything under that mail I’m afraid - Is there a chance for you to simply resubmit the feedback report please? If we still don’t receive it I’ll let you know right away.
sir I have sent them 3 times feedback this time I have screened shot it for evidence
I have attached screen shots
Thanks a lot for your reply - Pardon the confusion but, have you already re-submitted another report? If not then please do so just so I can also make sure that your reports are coming in, as I cannot find the previous ones in our old system unfortunately.
Today I have sent 3 times the feedback.
I’m afraid, for some reason we do not receive your reports.
Also if you haven’t please also try to re-install Enscape again one last time for “all users on that machine” as detailed here:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/bl…base/getstarted/#advanced
If that makes no difference, please submit us the following logs manually (Which would’ve been transferred through the feedback report):
Enscape main plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Enscape\Data\Logs
Revit plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Logs\EnscapeRevitPlugin
Thank you again in advance.
hello sir I have found maybe the problem it is giving me I still have the same problem as before. but this popped up when I first start 22 Revit.

Please review and let me know what this means.
Thank you.
Si if you can look above. I have send more info I need help fixing this. I have tried everything you have said. and still nothing. says plugin2022.dll does not exist please look at screenshot.
Please be so kind as to submit your log files as well, you can find them here:
You can put them in a .zip file and attach them with your next reply.
Please alongside also briefly submit a help request here via the “Submit a request” button on the top right and my colleagues from the technical support team who are still active should also be able to help even sooner (as it’s still during their workday): https://support.enscape3d.com/hc/en-us/
Also kindly attach your log files along with the support request ideally, and thank you in advance.
Is there a boilerplate solution to the issue of enscape crashing revit 2020? I can’t pull the logs because starting enscape causes my entire system to freeze up and I don’t have access to this machine’s AppData folder. This seems to be a common issue so any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. The computer has very capable hardware and the drivers are up-to-date.
Right away, please currently make sure that you aren’t using the latest NVIDIA drivers as detailed here:
WARNING: Enscape crashes with latest NVIDIA drivers (Game Ready)
If that makes no difference (or you aren’t using an NVIDIA card of course), and as crashes usually occur due to a variety of reasons please ideally send in a feedback report with logs alongside which does not require you to start Enscape - Without log files, machine information and/or crash dumps we cannot troubleshoot crashes/freezing right away usually.
I appreciate it, and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
okay, I’m not able to locate the AppData folder to send any crash dumps or log files but I have updated the driver to 528.39 (the version noted in your post about the known NVIDIA driver issue), restarted Revit and this appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks for your quick response and have a great rest of your week!
Pardon the confusion, a feedback report itself (which only takes two clicks to submit) also transfers log files, machine info and crash dumps to our technical support team.
Just so you know, in case you experience any further crashes in the future, as it’s the quickest and most efficient way when it comes to reporting issues/crashing.
I’m also glad to hear that reverting the drivers helped! This will already be fixed with the next upcoming NVIDIA drivers as well.
Thanks Demian. Just for future reference, how would one submit a feedback report if the entire desktop is frozen?
