In every version later than 2018 it is completely greyed out and the start up screen does not open after I have started revit as it does in 2018, I have been through the previous posts which suggest the material libraries may not be installed so I checked this and they are installed, I`ve also tried using the default 3d view as suggested but still nothing. I have installed the latest version and made sure all the revit installs are upto date but again this has made no difference. Anyone have any more ideas?
We’re having this same problem on one computer here: Enscape works fine in Revit 2021, but on same computer, Revit 2019’s Enscape tab is completely grayed out?
Tried uninstall/reinstall; problem remains.
Also, it’s just affecting one computer so far: Enscape works fine on other computers with both Revit 2019 and 2021.
Please send us a feedback report from the affected machine via the Enscape Feedback Button and add a link to this thread in the description for reference.
This way we get more information to help troubleshoot this.
