Enscape keeps freezing at 92%

I have the most recent version of Enscape and Skechup.

I am using a PC with

Windows 10 64bit

i7-4770K @ 3.50GHz

32 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

I am having a problem where Enscape keeps freezing at 92%. When I first installed Enscape a month ago, it was working fine and I was really impressed with it. I was able to render out images and make movies from quite large Skechup files. The problem started about a week ago and has become very annoying. It happens when using different skechup files, of any size and using different PC’s.

I’m wondering whether I am doing something wrong or whether there is an issue with Enscape…any help is greatly appreciated!

As mentioned in the ticket you’ve submitted, it would be very helpful if you could please send us a dedicated report from your machine including log files as described here.
