Hi!
When reopening a Rhino file I worked on a month or so ago I found that enscape arent rendering the enscape assets placed in the scene. The enscape materials are still showing but plants and furniture are just showed as the white meshes in rhino without any detailing. (in the image I placed some people right now and they are showing properly, its the assets placed a little while ago that arent)

Right away in regards to your issue, are you currently using our Offline Asset functionality perhaps?
If that is the case, does the issue get resolved by turning the Offline function off and on again? This will trigger an update, in many cases restoring any relevant data to resolve this behavior at hand.
If not, can you please delete the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets manually and restart Enscape thereafter? You can also find the corresponding folder via this path: *C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets*
If the issue persists, please definitely send us a support report including log files (enabled by default), as detailed here, and feel free to simply copy-paste a link to this thread for reference in the submission form before hitting the send button. Just in case the support button may not work please reach out to the support team instead by using the Help Center as detailed here.

I havent used the offline asset functionality, but did try to turn it on and of again anyways. I also deleted the folder and restarted my computer but the problem remains. Fortunately its not a huge job to replace the assets in this specific project so I’ll do it manually this time. Thx for the quick feedback though!
