Enscape Material Edits not saving

I am (and have been) experiencing an issue where all of my edits to materials are NOT saving and reverting to original when closing the Enscape material editor… Enscape even presents an alert “We’re experiencing difficulties saving changes in your document. Please be aware that any changes made in the future won’t be saved until the issue is resolved”…

Then, upon closing the material editor, the changes disappear (even though I was able to see the changes LIVE while editing)…

Please FIX or let me know the work around.

This is happening in ArchiCAD / Enscape on windows 11…

Hi @DGD-Duane , thank you for reporting this behavior here - We have received your dedicated case submitted to our support team directly as well on Friday and will of course investigate the exact cause behind this issue.

We’ll get back to you thereafter again through the created case itself. Thank you once more for a bit more patience in this regard.

Is it a team projects? If the materials are not reserved to you, Archicad will revert the adjustments when closing Enscape Material editor.
