Running Sketchup and Enscape in an educational lab from a license server. We have updated and reinstalled both Sketchup and Enscape to the newest releases. Sketchup loads correctly, but Enscape fails to show up in Sketchup.

Please kindly make sure that you also forward this issue/behavior to our official support team directly, as detailed here. We’ll then be able to further investigate as to why Enscape fails to show up in your supported version of SketchUp.
