My enscape has suddenly stop loading correctly. (Using Revit 2024)
When I click in revit to start enscape the percentage loads runs as per normal and once it reaches 100% a windows ‘tab’ shows enscape open with the project name.
But i am unable to see the enscape window and when clicking on the tab this does nothing.
I have updated to the latest videocard drivers and latest enscape 3.5 to see if that would fix issue but this has not changed any issue.
I have also lodge a Feedback with Logs about 2 weeks ago and will send again today for reference.
Is there any chance you might’ve used a different e-mail compared to the one you’re using to log into this forum when you submitted the feedback report two weeks ago? As I cannot locate any previous submissions could you perhaps simply submit another feedback report including log files making sure to use the same e-mail (or mail company domain) in the submission form if possible?
