I am unable to start Enscape on my system. When I try to launch the software, an error message appears stating:
“Enscape could not not start. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are eager to fix the problem you’ve encountered, so please send us an error report. Your feedback includes the Enscape log files. This helps us to fix the problem sooner!”
The error message suggests sending an error report, but the software still does not open and I am unable to use Enscape.
I am using Enscape version 4.7.0.57.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Hi @RATISH_KUMAR , and welcome to our forum.
First things first, please update to the latest version of Enscape (4.13). If you don’t have a specific reason to stay on an older version, download it here and reinstall. We recommend first uninstalling any previous Enscape versions on your machine, then installing 4.13 fresh.
If the update doesn’t help, please send us a support report as described here so that we can investigate further. We haven’t seen a report from the email you’re using on the forum yet, so the report will give us the logs we need to troubleshoot properly.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi Ratish,
I was having a similar issue trying to get my Revit project to run Enscape version 4.13. I tried to do a fresh install, but that didn’t seem to work.
I ended up stumbling across a YouTube video that recommended that I repair my Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (the Latest supported (2015–2022)).
Just download the correct version for your operating system, mine was the x64 version. Then restart your PC and see if that fixes it. It worked for me.
