I had the trial version of Enscape on SketchUp, and I recently purchased it. However, the plugin no longer works; when I click on it, I get this error message: ‘unable to load shared library…’
Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

This issue should be resolved by updating to our latest hotfix update of Enscape 4.2.0 which can be acquired here.
