(As I assume this is an issue report) Could you please kindly make sure that your system meets our requirements detailed here, and whether you have a dedicated (supported) graphics card built into your machine (not just Intel onboard graphics, for example)?
If so, please also forward this behavior to our dedicated support team as detailed here, and we’ll be able to troubleshoot the cause behind this.
