Enscape shuts down after reaching 5%

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with Enscape, which is a plugin for Revit and SketchUp, on our ROG laptop with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU, with display adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

When we launch Enscape, it shuts down after reaching 5% while Revit or SketchUp are still running. However, the Asset Library and Material Library are working fine.

We have reinstalled Windows and downloaded all the necessary drivers. We also tried following the instructions in the Multi GPU Issues - Enscape forum, but the problem persists.

Do you have any advice or suggestions for resolving this issue?
