So I am trying to create a series of Axo Floor plans and Section perspectives. To do that, I applied a Section Box to the model and started Enscape to set up my camera and render the images out. However, I noticed that after applying the section box. It takes much much longer to for Enscape to show the model, or it just freezes and crashes completely. Has anyone come across this issue too? Not sure at the moment if it’s a bug or something not fully working with my machine.

Using a section box, Revit utilizes your CPU and RAM more. If there’s a bottle neck, Revit needs way more time to push updates to Enscape.
But to give you an exact answer we need your feedback.
