I just downloaded my enscape free trail however it will not let me use the software.
I am using an old computer at university, which means I assume someone has already downloaded enscape on this computer. Is there anything anyone can do to please help?

This should be no problem usually and you should thereafter be able to test Enscape for another 14 days.
