Hi.
I am attempting to export a 21 second video in enscape with a model built in Rhino. I am using an already made file path from someone else. The file path takes to enscape, and i can see each key frame, however the video doesn’t actually play. Secondly, I am unable to export the video. i tried exporting as smallest size allowed 64x64 and it is stuck on 0%. I am on a Dell Precision 5570 intel Core i9. Any hope for me?
Hi @sebert9 , and welcome to our Forum. Could you please make sure to forward this behavior via a support report so that we can see both your full machine information (including any dedicated graphics card required for Enscape) and log files?
If your system does meet our requirements, then you may also want to ensure the latest graphics card drivers available are acquired and installed. (Downloaded directly either the official NVIDIA/AMD homepage)
Otherwise if you’re not sure if your system is supported and whether it has a dedicated graphics card installed please definitely send in that support report so we can let you know right away.
