Enscape - VRay Export button Issues

I was excited to try out Chaos Envision, but I can’t seem to get started with it due to an issue exporting Vray scenes in Enscape. I’m working in Sketchup and rendering with Enscape. I’m testing out a very basic small test model. I’ve created a few scenes. I pressed the Vray Export Scene button in Enscape and got the “Loading Scene Data” loading bar without it ever moving/loading. I end up having to cancel out of it. Enscape crashes, and then I have to close out of my Sketchup model just to be able to do anything.

Very frustrating to say the least. Can anyone help?

In this case or whenever you may experience any technical issues while using Enscape please kindly reach out to the dedicated support team as detailed here ideally via the Support button to also forward any generated log files from your machine we can use to further analyze why exactly this problem occurs on your machine.
