Enscape Web Standalone on mobile devices

Platform: Enscape for Revit

Question: When exporting a Web Standalone, I can successfully access the rendered model from a laptop. Can the same web standalone be accessed from any of the following mobile devices:

a) Cell phone - Android using Google Chrome

b) Cell phone - iPhone using Google Chrome

c) iPad - using Safari

Hi @andy_brack,

This is currently not supported. However, you may want to check our Requests section here and post this as a feature request.

Since Web Standalone isn’t supported on phones/tablets (and the .exe is Windows-only), what works on mobile today: 1) 360° panoramas: render them and upload to Chaos Cloud; the link/QR opens in a phone browser, and you can chain several into a tour. 2) A navigable model instead of renders: export IFC or FBX and use a browser/mobile viewer. Autodesk Viewer is free (Autodesk account to upload, shared links expire after 30 days); Trimble Connect has a free tier and iOS/Android apps, but viewers usually need a Trimble ID; Sketchfab (free plan) gives a clean viewer for FBX/OBJ, no BIM data. You lose Enscape’s rendering quality with option 2. I built a small web viewer for this myself, happy to share the link if useful.
