I have installed the latest enscape 4.1 for Mac (M3 Max) and I have a Rhino 7. When I start Rhino the Welcome to Enscape window shows up and the toolbar works but not the start button (enscape start command) that doesn’t open enscape window. ;( I tried to uninstalled enscape and install it again but it doesn’t work. Please, help

Just so you’re aware, whenever you experience any issues with Enscape what so ever please ideally always forward them to our dedicated (Mac) support team via either the support report button or the help center should the former not function for any reason: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
Through the provided log files and general machine information which get submitted via said report we will then be able to troubleshoot the exact cause behind this.
In the meantime you can make sure that your macOS supports our requirements and just in case the project of yours may contain any TIFF textures, which are unfortunately not supported by Enscape currently, there can be problems like Enscape not starting/crashing or taking a long time to load.
Our recommendation would be to check the materials in both Rhino’s ‘Materials Editor’ and in Enscape’s own ‘Material Editor’ and look for any .tiff textures. If there are, please convert them into JPG or PNG textures and replace them.
Otherwise if the above makes no difference or you do not have any .tiff textures in your scene please await a further reply from our support team after you reached out to them. A link to this thread for reference in the submission form will also suffice for context!
