Enscape Won't Save Renders

Enscape will go through the typical actions when rendering, however, it will not save them. The dialogue box pops up prompting me to select a file location and ask for a file name. I go through this with no problem but when I go to the file location, it is not there.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Enscape a couple of times but still yielding the same result. I have tried this with a few different versions of Revit but still so I’m not sure how to resolve this issue

Hi @arkitekur99 , I am sorry to hear about that.

A couple of things right away, does it make a difference if you save the image to a different file location altogether in case you haven’t tried that before? Also, does this behavior resolve itself if you enable “Automatic naming” (and/or specify a “Default Folder”) via the “Output” tab which should skip the file location dialogue and create the rendering right away:

If either does not help or make a difference, please furthermore definitely submit a feedback report including log files to our technical support team which will be able to analyse the exact cause behind this as quickly as possible.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Nope. Changing the save folder and/or turning on automatic naming does not work. I have sent my help request…

Sorry I am actually referring to the panorama 360 function here on the current Mac build 4.4.0.452. The panorama generates in the Enscape window but it is not possible to save it. And the batch renderer will render and save a couple of scenes before crashing - same as the last couple of builds.d

Ok my mistake - They are saving in Upload Management under Chaos Account Cloud
