Enscape won't start in Rhino

We got a strange error in Rhino today. The toolbar is working fine but when we try to start the Enscape environment the console gives an unknownCommand Error.

The addin was working before, but seems to be missing or something. Is there a way we can check what is wrong in Rhino.

Enscape is running fine in Revit on the same machine.

Any Ideas?

Unfortunately Rhino has different mechanisms for loading toolbars and plugins, so it’s possible that toolbars want to perform commands that are not available.

Most likely this is caused by some failed installation. Try closing all programs and re-installing Enscape. You can also take a look at Menu / Tools / Options → Rhino Options / Plug-ins. You should see Enscape.Rhino.Plugin - if you don’t then the plugin is not installed correctly.

Correct I don’t see te plugin installed, but how can I add the plugion. A reinstallation isn’t fixing the issue. Can I add the plugin manually

click install, search for Bin64\Enscape.Rhino(6).Plugin.dll in the installation folder

What is your Rhino version?

It’s Rhino 5 (latest service release)

Problem is solved :S We had a 32-bit version running instead of the 64-bit version that normally starts. Completely our mistake. Thanks for your help.
