Enscape works, but the rendering is broken. What should I do?

When rendering Enscape in Sketchup, the image is broken as shown above. What’s wrong?

Could you please re-attach the image for us to see? It seems that the file wasn’t uploaded correctly, so make sure to use the “Attachments” tab ideally. Does your machine generally meet our system requirements detailed here?

Yes - absolutely. Re-upload the image and attach it. The image keeps coming out garbled.

As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with anything else. It works fine, but I keep getting an error only in the rendering status.
