Hi @Asgardeco , and thank you for your feedback - From what I gather as you mentioned a “step by step how to get a license for the Chaos online server?” it sounds like you’re perhaps looking for a clear, step-by-step guide on how to generally make full proper use of our updated Chaos licensing system?

In case you might’ve not had much experience with said updated licensing system yet I highly recommend checking out this comprehensive guide: “How to Get Started with Enscape 4.1 and Chaos Licensing”.

This article walks you through the basics of Chaos licensing, and at the bottom of the page, you’ll find additional comprehensive videos which should be helpful to you as well. From there on following the provided steps above in this thread when it comes to updating the Chaos License Server itself should not be a problem anymore.

If there’s anything I’m missing or if you’d like further clarification please feel free to let me know.

Just so you’re aware, in case of any licensing issues in the future or further general licensing inquiries you can also always reach out to our dedicated support team for further assistance as detailed here.

@Demian_Gutberlet - Your post here is much clearer than the information we can see in the Chaos admin portal - specifically for our Enscape licensing. Thank you for the clarifications.
