I purchased Enscape a couple of days ago and have found the plug-in to be fantastic. However, I am encountering an issue where entourage appear to render white. The same occurs with most trees and bushes in the Asset Library. I dont know if there is a setting I have not activated or another service that allows the models to fully render.
The model on the left is from the asset library and the other is from Revit.
The “Replace Archvision Content” option is ticked. Reinstalling Enscape did not make a difference.

Hey @liamnic2 , in order to resolve this problem, could you please completely re-install Enscape, if possible, to a different install location than used before? This should very well help already.
In case you’re still running into this issue afterward, could you please send us Feedback using the [Feedback] button in the Enscape context menu? Please make sure that ‘Include Logfiles into feedback’ is checked in the Enscape Feedback window and add your forum name or some other reference as well, so we may connect the provided data to this post. This way, we should get all the information necessary to identify the cause of these issues.
