Getting the following Error when trying to run Enscape on Rhino 7 : [10] | WARN | Failed to determine available GPU features. Result: ce2a751c4db33ded69968a960d9bb4 ; ERROR | Renderer window closed before startup was completed.
I’ve installed the latest AMD Graphics driver(Firepro W5100) for version 3.5 and followed this thread here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/multi-gpu-issues/ but still no luck! Anyone here experience something similar ? Any advise would be appreciated.
You can gladly submit a feedback report with logs so that we can look into this further, but I also have to add that even if you’d get Enscape to run it likely won’t be a great experience - The GPU at hand was released 2014 and has already reached the end of its lifespan in terms of updates as well, so there’s likely not much we can do here I’m afraid besides recommending a system upgrade.
As said you can still send in that feedback report and we’ll let you know for sure after analyzing the logs, but I would not get my hopes up.
