Error 502 on V-Ray Documentation

This is some very expensive software for all the times I go to the V-Ray documentation and get a 502 Error. I already hate that I can’t just download a PDF of the docs. It has been 502 Errors all day today. This is just pathetic. It’s static content for god’s sake!

Not to mention all the denied pleas for downloadable documentation on this forum. I am amazed.

Can’t view release notes or download installation files either.

Hi @colin_hannon ,

I’m sorry you experienced errors with the Documentation. Some due maintenance was done these days and the site runs smoother now.

We do have downloadable documentation. Each product has a page called “Archived Versions”. I’m attaching a link to V-Ray for 3ds Max here: V-Ray for 3ds Max
