Error dowloading assets in cosmos

Somehow i can’t dowload any assets from the cosmos. The download starts, but never finishes. it stops at different stages of the download (75-80-94% whatever) and at some point I get the message “error downloading assets”. anyone else having this problem?

Please, send is the cb.log file which is stored by default under C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
Send it to support@chaosgroup.com and include a link to this forum post as well.

Please, send us the Cosmos Browser logs for further investigation.
You can find them here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos\cb.log

You can send them to our support team using this form:

Make sure to mark the version of the Cosmos Browser you are using.
You can see the version under the … menu, section About.

Hi,
sorry for the late response. In my case was the issue resolved. the antivirus program was blocking something and it was uninstalled. i have to install it again and see if an exception for the program was added to cosmos. But maybe you guys can just try to test what happens when you disable antivirus…

Hi,

I have the same problem. Downloading stops around 90%. How can I get some help with that? It looks like link above doesn’t work anymore and goes to different site.
