I am constantly getting this error message when loading materials from the Enscape Material LIbrary.
Any ideas what may be causing it?

On my two different machines Revit 2020 constantly crushes when adjusting just a tint of original revit material in the Enscape material menu. It persists in the latest versions of Enscape also. What to do?

We discovered in our class that if there are multiple user accounts on a PC, you may need to create a folder named “Enscape” on C/Users/Username/Enscape to hold all the textures. Even if you are a single user, I’d check that folder exists.
