Error message after sharing

I have shared a VR file with Collaboration. The customer receives an error message when clicking on the link. “Page not found” What can I do to show the VR ?

It’s done. As almost always, the problem was sitting in front of the screen.

Did you set the permissions correctly in the share dialog?
