Error message: Could Not Load Enscape

Enscape Host Applications Enscape for SketchUp

When I open SketchUp, I get the following error message:

Could not load Enscape

Make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) installed. Do you want to download it now?

I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling Visual Studio (fun fact, when Visual Studio is uninstalled, it appears to kill SketchUp as well), to no avail. This is what was suggested online. Anybody have any other ideas?
