Hi,
It was working fine on my Wins 10 PC with geforce 1080Ti all these years.
Recently updated the GPU driver for it and now the Enscape 2.7 is not working, with error at start up.
Very strange, it happened to my laptop too. They were all working fine previously.
Probably get Enscape upto date also, the drivers might be doing things such an old version of Enscape isn’t expecting - installers are here

Oh I saw the details saying “error compiling shader”
It’s usually the GPU that compiles shaders, which is why you’ve got a driver error.
In any case, lots of new features between 2.7 and 3.4!
Hi @Juliana_Chan
Adam is correct, this can cause issues when using older driver version when using newer Enscape versions and vice versa.
The best approach is to update both to the latest release, and if you keep experiencing this, please send us a feedback report including the log files as seen here.
That way we receive more information to help us understand the cause.
Hi Rick,
Yes, I understand. Just that it was working fine right up the moment before I updated the latest driver for Geforce.
So i wonder what else could have caused it. It is strange to think latest GPU driver is not compatible with it.
Hi @Juliana_Chan
Then, in case you haven’t already, please send us a feedback report, as without it, there is no telling what may cause this.
Was it working fine for your previously?
Welcome to our Forum.
To identify the cause behind this as quickly as possible, please kindly send us a Feedback report with your log files too:

Thank you very much in advance.
Yes, there was no problems until yesterday.

I sent feedback. I am waiting.
Thank you we’ve received it - You should receive a reply rather soon.

I have a project to submit, could you please get back to me as soon as possible?
Be assured that we’ll reply back as soon as possible after checking your log files / crash-dumps.
