Hi!
I am not able to open enscape from any of my sketchup or revit files. As soon as i try to open it i receive the message joint. I am a student and i have been using my educational license form +/- 1 year and a half without any problems.
I used it last week and it worked perfectly. I am out of ressources and i have a projet to hand in.
Can someone please help me!!!

If you haven’t already, please simply click the first button to submit a feedback report including log files to us which will allows us to troubleshoot this further. Just in case for some reason this dialogue doesn’t come up again you can also always manually sent in a report as detailed here:
