Enscape version: 3.5.3.651-g4634d21
OS: Windows 11 Professional Edition (Build 22621)
Revit ver: Revit 2021 (21.1.80.35)
We have tried reinstalling enscape. We have also ensured that it is running off the dedicated GPU rather than the integrated.
In the log file, there are no errors indicating a crash or anything. I will attach the log file here aswell.
If this issue still persists even if you disable the integrated on-board graphics entirely, please click on the “Send Report” button to submit a dedicated error report including further log files/machine information in order for our support team to analyse the cause behind this further. Just in case you haven’t yet that is of course.
We are also experiencing this issue. Also, when clicking the Send Report button, Revit and Enscape both crash. I’m not sure how to fully disable the integrated on-board graphics other than using the Nvidia control panel and selecting the high-performance graphic card. This all started when we installed Revit 2024, had to update Enscape, and then Enscape required an updated video driver. This only happens when trying to use an older version of Revit like 2022. If working in 2024, Enscape opens without issue.
If not possible, please forward this issue to our dedicated technical support team (via our Help Center), while manually attaching the following log files alongside which can be found here:
You can simply put both log file folders into a .zip file and attach it with your Help Center inquiry. This is of course only necessary if you can’t submit a feedback report the usual way.
