Nice wall textures and metal. Something looks a little off on the counter top though. The paper bed cover might need a few more poly’s, as well as the people. Over all I got that nice queezy feeling of being in a doctors office

I don’t think your Irradience map settings are high enough for the closeup shot. It looks very blotchy under the cabinets.

dont like the people… I have the same ones (axyz design) and I think they work great for outdoor scenes at a distance… but for this interior I think you should use photos of real people instead… (just my opinion)
I like the people. They are kind of weird and creepy.
They give the space a kind of contemporary version of a William Burroughs dark medical/pharmaceutical fantasy. Or perhaps the medical malpractice scenarios of Kool Keith. You should make it look less sterile…
